This Branch of the AIA is the most southern in comparison to the more well known branches. It is a massive jail located in Antarctica. The extreme cold coupled with the absence of civilization makes the local perfect for the governments of the world and the AIA to house some of the worst Pixalian foes this side of the Milky Way. PCF is home to most of the invasion squad captains from the initial Star Pix Crisis, Alien General Finta and many more.
Due to the political nature of Antarctica, the prisons lies in a neutral point of the continent. Despite this the PCF does separate the facility by country, in both personnel and prisoners. This is both to keep the prison population from mingling in mass and also for general upkeep due to practices for prisoner control being different depending on country and to help with scheduling for personnel coming from different time zones.
