This guy is insane. He is one of Alastair ’s henchmen and is a sadistic loon. His powers are to create copies of himself. That’s just part of it. His clones have a power of their own. Everything they touch turns to flames. It burns for hours and they themselves are extinguished when their fire is also extinguished. Perhaps he is the reason that buildings have been burning as of late in Rose City .
