The Magisters are an inter- dimensional Military force believed to be tasked with perpetuating, and overseeing time. These mysterious individuals are beings that are wrapped in gray and sometimes red cloaks. They use a device known as the OMNI to relay messages and get orders from an unknown location.
History
Not very much is known about there history. Due to the fact that the Magisters warp through time and space but what humans do know about them is the few times they interfered with human life directly.
